Advanced Physical Therapy Center of downtown Conway invites you to join our Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure Team 2010.

Join the APTC Race For the Cure Team. The 2010 Arkansas Susan G. Komen Foundation, race will be held in Little Rock, Saturday, October 16, 2010. Last year, our team had almost 100 members. This year, our team goal is 150! Help us reach our team goal and raise even more money to help find a cure for breast cancer -- recruit your friends to sign up on our team and join us!

And men - there's a place for you. Come out and support us - join the Three Miles of Men on race day!

If you would like to pay by check, please fill the form out and bring your check by our downtown Conway clinic or bring it with you to the kickoff party. Or, if you'd like to register online, please click the button below:

There are several ways to join our team:

Download and complete the registration form and mail it with your payment to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

You can also register online through the Susan G. Komen website. Your Race For The Cure packet will be mailed directly to you.

Either way, be sure to sign up as an Advanced Physical Therapy of Conway team member!!!!

If you would like to purchase an APTC Race For The Cure team T-shirt, the cost is $14 and orders/payments will be accepted at the clinic either in person or over the phone.

You may pay with cash, credit or check made payable to Advanced Physical Therapy Center, memo Race For The Cure fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation.

Your team T-shirt can be picked up at the clinic the week of October 11, 2010.

Mark Your Calendar!!

Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 4pm to 9pm we will be eat, drink and be merry at the downtown Conway location of US Pizza. 10% of all proceeds will be donated to our Race For The Cure team! We will not have a Silent Auction this year (giving the local merchants a break!) so you really need to come hungry and thirsty, this is our MAIN fundraiser! Of course we will be accepting donations throughout the evening and will have race registration forms available as well! Hope to see you there!

Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 8am - 11am we will sponsor our second ZumbaCraze event. Please see the ZumbaCraze page for more details on this fundraising event.
